Western Cape Gambling and Racing Regulations (Fees and Costs): Draft Amendment 2024 for comment

The Provincial Minister of Finance has published the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Draft Regulation Fees and Costs 2024 for public comment.

The amended regulation sets out fees and costs for all gambling activities (casinos; gaming machines; bingo etc) comprising deposits, new licence applications, annual fees and investigation fees.

The average increase over the 2023 fees and costs is around 5%.

Anyone wishing to make submission should do so on or before 21 March 2024.
