Lanzerac – F&B Manager 

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage service team in all facilities of the Hotel and Tasting Room. They must ensure the highest level of member service by overseeing all aspects of service and the service team during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment, and meeting all financial goals for sales and expenses. Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multitask. Must have good supervisory skills, good communication skills and the ability to promote sales. Must be skilled in time management. Must have teaching and motivational skills.
