UIF TERS Update: Data Quality Error

Hettie Fourie of the TERS Info & Support Page has advised that the ‘Data Quality Error’ when uploading claims after the Sector Appeals Appeals Approval for the October 2020 to March 2021 claim period has been resolved.

Members who experienced this error should now be able to upload claims.

However, should the problem persist, members are advised to upload their claims for June to July first, then January to March, and then lastly October to December.

The TERS Info and Support Page is awaiting confirmation that the much needed SARS Updates were done successfully and when further processing for 16 October 2020 to 25 July 2021 can be expected.
