Regulations relating to Environmental Health 2022

The Department of Health has published Regulations Relating to Environmental Health 2022 which will apply to the hospitality industry, however, the Regulation is part of and at the end of an 156-page document that provides two additional Regulations that will not be of concern or interest.

Unfortunately at this stage we have not managed to find a stand-alone publication but will keep trying.

We were hoping to possibly cut and paste into a separate document but they have protected the document so not an option.

Please find attached the document – the Regulations Relating to Environmental Health 2022 for our industry, which starts on page 122.
