The Minister of Employment and Labour has published a Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace which will be of interest to your HR Depts and all managers.
The Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace which comes into force on the date of publication being the 17th March 2022 replaces the Amended Code of Good Practice on the Handling of Sexual Harassment cases in the Workplace published in August 2005.
