The tourism and hospitality skills shortage is something your business feels acutely; it being one of the key barriers to your growth at present.

To ensure the continued commitment to develop and enhance our tourism sector, the SADC Business Council is undertaking a crucial study to address the existing skills gaps within our industry.

We realise that our industry experiences immense survey fatigue, however know that you, our valued members, are the pulse of the tourism industry and are best positioned to offer deep insights and practical solutions.
