Draft Western Cape Liquor Amendment Regulation (annual fee structure) 2022 open for comment

The Provincial Minister of Community Safety has published a draft Western Cape Liquor Regulation Amendment for comment.

The amendment provides for all fees payable in respect of liquor licence applications, transfers, removals, annual renewals and various fines.

The annual renewal fees have been increased by around 7.5 % over those applicable in 2021/2022.
Any person or organisation wishing to comment on the draft amendment regulations should do so in writing before 4 July 2022.
