This event will be focused on sustainable practice – Teams will have to prepare a sophisticated, but sustainable dish from the mystery produce
provided on the day.
There will be 5 Team Captains, with random Team Members to be allocated on the day. So, please enter your Chefs and do not miss out, as it promises
