The questions facing South African hospitality employers around foreign national staff have never been more complex or more urgent. Increased immigration enforcement, proposed legislative changes, and heightened public debate have left many business owners asking the same things: What are my obligations? What has changed? And what do I need to do right now to protect my business and my people?

On 22 July 2026, FEDHASA, in partnership with Big Ambitions, hosted a free compliance webinar – Foreign Nationals on Your Team: What Every Hospitality Employer Needs to Know – bringing together immigration attorney Julia Willand of IMCOSA and labour consultant Brett Susan of Integrated Labour Solutions, moderated by FEDHASA Cape Chair Lee-Anne Singer.
