Workshop 1: Grading Criteria Review

This workshop will focus on gathering essential insights and recommendations on the current grading criteria. Your expertise as a valued industry stakeholder will be instrumental in ensuring that our standards meet the dynamic needs of the tourism sector.

This dedicated session will explore Universal Accessibility criteria, with options for both in-person and virtual participation to maximise accessibility.
