In terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, the Department of Employment and Labour has published a notice confirming the submission dates for the 2023 Return of Earnings [ROE] assessment period.
The assessment period will be open from the 1st April 2024 to 30th June 2024 and submissions can be forwarded via the ROE on-line system.
