Western Cape Gambling and Racing Regulations (Fees and Costs): Draft Amendment 2023 for comment

The Provincial Minister of Finance has published the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Draft Regulation Fees and Costs for public comment.

The amended regulation provides fees and costs for all types of gambling activities (casinos; gaming machines; bingo etc) covering deposits, new licence applications, annual fees and investigation fees.

The average increase over the 2022 fees and costs is around 5.2%.

Anyone wishing to make submission should do so on or before the 20th March 2023.
