Chairperson of the National Minimum Wage Commission has provided an opportunity for comment on possible adjustments to the national minimum wage for 2023/2024.
Essentially, this allows interested persons and parties to comment prior to the Commissioner publishing the annual report.
Written recommendations may be forwarded to the Directorate of Employment Standards on or before 1 October 2022. A further opportunity for comment will be provided on publication of the annual report.
