Insights from WTM

A FEDHASA representative attended the World Travel Market (WTM) in London last week and provided feedback that South Africa’s stand’s position was very good (just off a main arterial entrance) and we competed favourably against the many other countries that were represented there (it felt like the whole world).

It was very busy and made one feel the travel industry at large was certainly robust and hungry for expansion and new possibilities.  It gave one lots of hope and excitement for all the possibilities of how South Africa can grow and expand and increase our stake of the international tourist market … and in the process create millions of new jobs!

We look forward to an even better South African stand next year with more industry role players and sectors included.
