Gauteng Gambling Amendment Regulation; Fees and Costs published for comment

The Gauteng MEC for Economic Development has published an amendment to the current gambling fees and costs for public comment.

The regulation provides adjusted costs and fees for all types of gambling activities (casino’s: bingo: limited pay-out machines) and covers deposits, new licence applications, licence fees, annual fees and investigation fees.

The average increase over the 2022 fees and costs is around 6%

Comments should be submitted within 45 days from the date of publication which was the 15th December 2022
