FEDHASA signs partnership with Tourism News Africa

The Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa (FEDHASA) is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Tourism News Africa (Tourism News) after a Memorandum of Agreement was signed in April.

The agreement is intended to encourage knowledge sharing, promote mutually-agreed campaigns and activations and raise the profile of both parties.

National Chairperson Rosemary Anderson says it is a wonderful opportunity for FEDHASA – and all its members:

“Through this agreement with Tourism News, FEDHASA and, in turn, our members, will be able to share content, vacancies and news around special events and happenings in the hospitality industry, which we will encourage at every opportunity. It’s a wonderful way to support Tourism News, raise awareness of FEDHASA’s role in the industry – and give much-needed media exposure to important issues, challenges and opportunities.”

As part of the agreement, Tourism News will be included in all FEDHASA events – and they have agreed to feature FEDHASA and its member’s media releases on the Tourism News website; include FEDHASA and members in their Trade Classifieds section; include open job listings on their Vacancy Portal; promote upcoming events in their Events Section; and offer all FEDHASA members an exclusive 20% discount on all advertising opportunities.

“We’re really excited about this partnership,” says Anderson. “And believe it will create greater strategic focus going forward, promote discussion and debate on critical industry developments, and give members a valuable platform to share industry news, vacancies and events.”
