FEDHASA and SA Chefs 3rd Annual Cook-off: Celebrating Women in Hospitality and Sustainable Flavours!

Join us for an extraordinary culinary event as FEDHASA Cape and the South African Chefs Association (SAChefs) Women in Culinary and Restaurant Chef Forum proudly present the 3rd Annual Cook-off!

This year’s cook-off promises to be a celebration of talent, flavour, and innovation, with a special focus on the theme “Women in Hospitality” and a dedication to promoting healthy and sustainable eating.

From seasoned professionals to budding talents, our lineup of talented chefs will compete head-to-head in a friendly yet fierce competition, demonstrating their culinary prowess while utilising sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish will be a reflection of the chef’s passion for healthy, wholesome creations and their commitment to supporting sustainable practices in the food industry.

We are looking forward to hosting you for a day filled with delectable dishes, inspiration, camaraderie, and a greater appreciation for the talented women who continue to shape the hospitality industry.

Date: Wednesday, 30th August 2023
Time: 12:00 PM onwards (till 15:30 for men and 16:30 for women)
Venue: Food Jams, Unit B10, 1st Floor Salt Orchard Precinct, 45 Yew St, Cape Town

We will send our male counterparts home and have a round table Women’s celebration and discussion after the cookoff.
