West Coast Safety and Security Concerns. Reminder to join the discussion on Wednesday 9 November 2022

Crime along the West Coast has increased at an alarming rate recently and is a great cause of concern as we are heading into the festive season. Reports received from industry partners and stakeholders indicate that ocean users, tourists and beachgoers in particular are being targeted.

FEDHASA in collaboration with Cape Town Tourism, the kitesurfer community and businesses along the West Coast would appreciate it if you could join us to discuss the recent increase in security concerns along the Blouberg Beach strip and for feedback on the “no net zones”.

9 November 2022
17h30 – 18h30

The meeting will take place in Blouberg, with the venue confirmed based on the number of attendees. With this said, we would greatly appreciate it if you could please indicate your interest in attending the meeting by completing a short questionnaire, here.

Together we can make a difference, so join us at the meeting.
