Western Cape Liquor Amendment Regulation (annual fees & costs) – published September 2024

The Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety has published a final Western Cape Liquor Regulation Amendment.

The amendment sets out the fees and costs payable in respect of liquor licence applications, transfers, removals, annual renewals and various fines for the 2024/25 licencing year.

The fees have been increased by around 7.3% over those of the 2023/2024 licencing year.

The increases for the previous three cycles were 5.3%, 7.5% and 4.8%.
