Remote Gambling Bill introduced in the National Assembly

The long-awaited Remote Gambling Bill 2022, which was initially announced by Mr. Dean Macpherson MP in September 2022 (Gazette No. 46847), has now been formally introduced in the National Assembly. The Bill aims to regulate remote/online gambling and betting activities. While a public comment period is expected, the timeline remains uncertain due to the upcoming elections.
