Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill tabled in National Assembly

The Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill (B33-2022) has (very quietly) been introduced to Parliament and the National Assembly Portfolio Committee on Health.

It is expected to be published for public comment over the next four to eight weeks, and FEDHASA will keep you informed on any developments.
