This year’s cook-off promises to be a celebration of talent, flavour, and innovation, with a special focus on the theme “Women in Hospitality” and a dedication to promoting healthy and sustainable eating. From seasoned professionals to budding talents, our lineup of talented chefs will compete head-to-head in a friendly yet fierce competition, demonstrating their culinary prowess while utilising sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish will be a reflection of the chef’s passion for healthy, wholesome creations and their commitment to supporting sustainable practices in the food industry. We are looking forward to hosting you for a day filled with delectable dishes, inspiration, camaraderie, and a greater appreciation for the talented women who continue to shape the hospitality industry.
