Which countries’ tourism and hospitality industries have recovered the best?

First prize – the United Arab Emirates!  Data provided by Travelport has said that the UAE’s successful vaccine program helped the country’s travel and tourism industry to achieve a recovery rate of 110% since 2019.   It is followed by the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, France, the USA and Italy.  Travelport recorded that the travel industry’s 2022’s first quarter global figures – are indicating a 67% recovery in relation to 2019 figures.
