The Windsor Hotel (Hermanus Group) requires the services of a bookkeeper.
- The successful applicant will be a detail-oriented person that can manage the financial information of six companies up to the Trail Balance stage.
- Good communication skills
- Be disciplined, and punctual, practice emotional control, and maintain professionalism at all times
- On a daily basis record all financial transactions on Pastel
- Reconcile and verify the accuracy of all transactions, bank accounts, and other control accounts.
- Do payments via Internet banking.
- Work closely with the HR department and process monthly salaries on Sage Payroll
- Capture, process, and submit VAT, EMP 201, EMP 501, and any other Tax relating information.
- Work closely with General Manager and produce required monthly reports
