Lourens Venter, a Masters of Arts student at Steinbeis University, Berlin, Germany is conducting a study on the impact of COVID-19 on team dynamics, in the South African Hospitality Industry.
FEDHASA members are invited to participate in this study by completing the research questionnaire online through google forms.
Anonymity and confidentiality is ensured as you are not required to disclose any personal information. Data collected will be used for study purposes only.
