Rules for the Conduct of Proceedings before the CCMA Updated – published April 2023

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration has published a comprehensive A to Z update of the “Rules for the Conduct of Proceedings before the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration [CCMA]”

The rules provide for matters such as –
