FEDHASA members are invited to join the TGCSA’s Grading Criteria Review Roundtable Discussions on Wednesday, 1 February 2023.

In the session the TGCSA will be discussing relevant updates as well as the five key themes that emerged from the grading criteria research that was conducted, which includes a look at the insights from the benchmarking exercise, consumer research, qualitative and
quantitative product surveys, and trend analysis.

The themes that we will be covering include:

1.     The tangible benefits of grading: Business support in the new era of sustainability

2.     The new traveller and expectations for operators: Cleanliness, accessibility, and the digital nomad

3.     Service culture: Recognising excellence, inspiring belonging, and the experiential in creating memorable service

4.     Grading the holistic visitor experience: Understanding the moments that matter for travellers (pre-, during, and post)

5.     Closing the loop on feedback: OGRs, TGCSA, and owning excellence and quality on the ground
