Department of Tourism: Tourism Service Provider Survey

The University of KwaZulu-Natal has been appointed by the Department of Tourism to undertake research on ‘Re-examining Perspectives on domestic tourism’ recovery in South Africa in a COVID-19 environment and how it has impacted businesses in the tourism sector.

The results will assist the Department of Tourism to develop appropriate measure and interventions to support the recovery of domestic tourism in the country.
