Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act: Maximum amount of Earnings & Minimum Assessment

The Minister of Employment and Labour has published a notice, in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act [COIDA], providing for the maximum amount of earnings together with a comprehensive explanation note and a return of earnings form.

Please note – the return of earnings 2023 submission period is open from the 1st April 2024 to the 30th June 2024.
