The Department of Trade, Industries & Competition and the Competition Commission has published a guideline: Collaboration between competitors on localisation initiatives, which came into force on 18th March 2022. Unfortunately and once again, the publication is part of a larger document (256 pages) and no stand-alone gazette is available as yet.

The guideline runs from pages 32 to 47 inclusive.
