Can you format EXCEL spreadsheets with your eyes closed? Find the proverbial needle in a haystack? Does a zero inbox make you zen? FEDHASA Cape has an immediate vacancy for an admin assistant to join our executive team based in Century City, Cape Town.

Ideal candidates must have demonstrable experience in database management, membership liaison, basic accountancy and secretarial duties. Also, candidates must have a growth mindset, be passionate about customer service and rebuilding the hospitality industry.

FEDHASA Cape is the leading hospitality industry association in South Africa, and with over 700 members, we’re working tirelessly to rebuild our industry through lobbying, networking and educating. Here’s an opportunity to contribute with your skills and passion.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Matric certificate
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar position
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Pastel 

Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Front of house management
  • Switchboard
  • Database administration
  • Member support
  • PA to the Executive Officer
  • Event planning
