Can you format EXCEL spreadsheets with your eyes closed? Find the proverbial needle in a haystack? Does a zero inbox make you zen? FEDHASA Cape has an immediate vacancy for an admin assistant to join our executive team based in Century City, Cape Town.

Ideal candidates must have demonstrable experience in database management, membership liaison, basic accountancy and secretarial duties. Also, candidates must have a growth mindset, be passionate about customer service and rebuilding the hospitality industry.

Minimum requirements include:

Matric certificate

3-4 years experience in a similar position

Advanced computer literacy

Proficiency in Pastel 

Main areas of responsibility include:

Front of house management

Switchboard

Database administration

Member support

PA to the Executive Officer

Event planning
