Starter Platter

 

Greek salad

Lettuce, cucumber, peppers, feta, olives, cocktail tomatoes, red onion, croutons, toasted seeds tossed in a Greek salad dressing

 

Mezze platter

Selection of home cured cold meats served with a selection mustards, dips and pickles.

Pastrami, Salami, Hickory ham, smoked chicken, Smoked Salmon, marinated mussels served with Creamed Cheese, whole grain- English-American mustards, basil pesto, olive tapenade, humus and Brinjal puree; bruschetta and bread sticks, focaccia bread with pickled vegetables and marinated olives.

served on a bed of mustard mash with a minted jus
